Five Manufacturing Divisions, One Accountable Supplier

Each division runs its own pattern library, machinery set and inspection checklist — so a sublimated cycling jersey and a brushed-fleece hoodie both leave the floor with the same documented quality trail.

Who You Are Actually Buying From

Haraka Sports is a family-owned manufacturer operating two units in Sialkot — Pakistan's sporting goods cluster. The third generation now runs the business, and the same team that quotes your programme also signs off the final carton.

Six Controlled Stages, Documented Per Purchase Order

Nothing moves to the next stage without a signed checklist. This is the workflow your order follows from the moment fabric arrives at our store.

Fabric inspection and GSM testing before production

Fabric Checking & Material Approval

Every incoming lot is quarantined until our QA department clears it. Parameters such as GSM, width, shrinkage, colour fastness and hand-feel are verified against the approved swatch before the store receives the goods.

  • Lot-wise GSM and width verification
  • Colour fastness to wash, rub and perspiration
  • Shade-band matching against buyer swatch
  • Non-conforming lots returned to the mill, not blended into bulk

Cutting & Bundle Numbering

A bill of materials is issued per purchase order, and the cutting department draws only what that order requires. Articles are cut by fabric cutters or hydraulic presses depending on the product, then every panel is checked against the specification sheet.

  • Marker efficiency reviewed before spreading
  • Panel-level dimension audit versus spec sheet
  • Size-wise bundle numbering to prevent shade mixing
  • Interlining and fusing tested for bond strength

Stitching On A Specialised Chain System

Numbered panels reach a highly efficient chain-system line where each operator owns a single operation. Work specialisation keeps stitch quality consistent across thousands of pieces and shortens learning curves on repeat styles.

  • Flatlock, overlock, bartack and coverstitch operations
  • Hourly in-line roving inspection by QC
  • Needle control and metal-detection policy
  • SPI and seam-strength checks on critical seams
Garment finishing, pressing and trimming department

Finishing & End-Line Audit

Every garment is pressed on boiler steam irons, then trimmed, thread-cut and touched up. Each piece is inspected for material, measurement and workmanship. Depending on the nature of the fault, a piece is either reworked or rejected outright.

  • Boiler steam pressing for stable garment shape
  • Measurement audit against graded size chart
  • Documented rework versus rejection decision
  • Branding, labels and hangtags verified per style

Packing & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before packing, in-house inspectors re-check material quality, stitching, finishing, tagging and marking. Appointed inspectors also pull random items at any stage — including cartons already sealed for shipping — with checkpoints matched to the production stage.

  • Random unannounced audits, including sealed cartons
  • Assortment, ratio and carton-marking verification
  • Barcode and polybag artwork confirmation
  • Third-party inspection access on request

  • In-house pattern room and graded tech packs
  • Fabric and trim trials before commitment
  • Fit samples and sublimation strike-offs in 7–12 working days
  • Mock-up design support for team and club programmes

// Why Buyers Stay //

Experience You Can Verify, Not Just Read About

Sourcing teams rarely fail because of price — they fail on unclear specifications, unverified fabric and silence during production. Haraka Sports was built to remove those three risks. We quote against a written specification, test what arrives at our gate, and report progress before you ask.

Realistic MOQs

From 50 pcs/style on sublimated team wear; 150–300 pcs/style for cut-and-sew programmes.

Transparent Timelines

Sampling 7–12 working days, bulk 25–40 days based on fabric and embellishment.

Fabric Traceability

Mill, lot number and test results recorded per purchase order for audit requests.

Face-To-Face Access

We exhibit at international sourcing expos and host buyer visits at both Sialkot units.

Upcoming Event

International Sourcing Expo Australia

Sourcing FAQs From Overseas Buyers

For sublimated team wear such as basketball, soccer and cycling kits we accept development runs from 50 pieces per style. Cut-and-sew activewear and knitwear programmes typically start at 150–300 pieces per style, split across sizes and up to four colourways.
Fit samples and sublimation strike-offs are released in 7–12 working days after technical pack approval. Bulk lead time is 25–40 days depending on fabric development, embellishment method and order volume. Repeat orders on approved patterns run at the shorter end of that range.
Yes. Our in-house design and pattern room builds private label collections from mood board to graded tech pack, including woven labels, heat-transfer branding, custom hangtags, size sets and polybag artwork. You own the artwork and the pattern.
Every incoming fabric lot is tested for GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness and pilling. In-line and end-line AQL 2.5 inspections are documented per purchase order, and our facilities operate under third-party audited social compliance programmes. Buyer-nominated inspection agencies are welcome at any stage.
Because sportswear, activewear, knitwear, outerwear and leather/nylon fitness accessories are produced in our own units, mixed programmes can be consolidated into a single export shipment — reducing freight cost and simplifying your documentation.
