For full custom cut-and-sew activewear leggings, yoga tops, and seamless compression sets, our standard MOQ is 150 to 300 pieces per style. This quantity can be split across multiple sizes (e.g., XS to XXL) and up to 3 or 4 custom colorways.
How do you ensure leggings are 100% squat-proof and non-transparent?
Squat-proof opacity depends on both fabric weight (GSM) and machine stitch gauge. We utilize high-density circular knitting machines producing fabrics between 280 GSM and 320 GSM using 4-way stretch Nylon 6.6 or Recycled Polyester elastane blends. Every fabric batch undergoes a 100% stretch light-penetration audit before cutting.
Can you produce eco-friendly leggings with Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification?
Yes. We offer certified recycled polyester (RPET made from post-consumer plastic bottles) and regenerated nylon (Econyl equivalent) fabrics. We provide mill test certificates, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliance reports, and GRS documentation for Spanish brands seeking eco-conscious consumer positioning.
What is the standard lead time for sampling and bulk production?
Pre-production fit samples, lab dips, and sublimation strike-offs are completed in 7 to 12 working days following tech pack approval. Bulk production requires 25 to 35 calendar days depending on order volume and custom trim requirements. Repeat orders on existing patterns are accelerated.
How are customs tariffs, IVA tax, and shipping handled for Spanish shipments?
